Open Position(s)
Customer/Client Service and Support – Pittsburgh, PA USA
Work Arrangement: Full-Time
Salary Compensation: $35- $65K
License: P&C license required. Willing to train the Right Candidate for licensure.
Manage a commercial book of business, expected to answer phones and service accounts for clients.
- Support clients as needed with certificate requests, change requests, billing questions, audits, and other service needs that may arise
- Remarket policy renewals, contact clients, complete application forms, and handle other renewal activities in coordination with the producer
- Review audits of policies and handle questions and concerns
- Support and service accounts for Commercial Outside Account
- Executive(s) and Producer(s)
- Set priorities and mange workflow to ensure efficient, timely, and accurate processing of transactions, tasks, and service requests
- Solid understanding of the agency management system, carrier websites, products, and coverages
- Quote new business
